The courtyard of two abandoned warehouses hides a secret garden. The historic site is a part of Wagner family's Kunstgarten, which contained several conservatories, where exotic plants cultivated at the end of 19th century. The new program aims to use these warehouses as a design and furniture showroom and connect them with a public conservatory, which will preserve the qualities and atmosphere of an overgrown garden.
